Your role in our team

• You will support and monitor the implementation of projects within the framework of the Asia Growth strategy with a direct reporting line to the Head of Asia Growth
• You will be responsible for reviewing agreed targets and milestones as well as consolidating management reports
• Your responsibilities will include preparing and participating in the development of the Asia market strategy
• You will coordinate and participate in promoting and supporting technology initiatives and opportunities across all segments
• You will support the sales and service companies (SSCs) in the market segmentation process
• You will organize and participate in workshops and meetings on regarding the growth strategy for Asia and follow up on assignments
• You will support the analysis, conception, and creation of business models
• You will take over the preparation of presentations and analyses for Asia growth projects
• You will also support and contribute to the optimization of processes related to Asia growth

Your profil

• You have a degree in the business field or a comparable qualification
• You are business fluent in German and in English
• You are distinguished by your intercultural competence and your market- and customer-oriented way of thinking
• You know how to link in-house initiatives and the product portfolio with market needs and opportunities
• Experience with the Asian market is an advantage
• You are willing to engage in innovative and disruptive strategies, concepts, and new business models
• You convince with your hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for change
• You are an organizational talent and have already gained first experience in project management
• You know how to adapt to and manage changes in the market and in the context of specific projects
• User skills in SAP, CRM and MS-Office complete your profile
