Your role in our team


In this role, you create and deliver success, generating value for the company and sustaining digital sales.


This includes:

  • Selling digital solutions and services on all customer levels, fostering long-term relationships and contracts along the supply and value chain
  • Developing go-to-market strategies for digital initiatives in cooperation with clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring expectations, encouraging feedback and driving continuous improvement
  • Creating and maintaining sales budgets and forecasts to ensure consistent and timely delivery
  • Gathering key intelligence by understanding and tackling hands-on technical aspects and inspiring opportunities
  • Building, promoting and executing strategies to provide and sell digital solutions and services
  • Developing strong and trustful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Potential career path to take over own accounts


Your profile


  • You have a proven track record and expertise in selling digital solutions, ideally pairing software and machinery in fast-paced digital ecosystems, driving the digital transformation
  • You have gained relevant experience in B2B selling of industrial applications, software and digital solutions
  • You are well-versed in customer experience management, especially regarding digital business models and settings
  • You are passionate about technology and innovation
  • You have experience with customer consulting for digital and eco-systems
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are fluent in German and English
