Your role in our team:

• Develop, improve, and maintain analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reports that monitor spend, supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost), and localization rates.
• Analyze deviations from defined KPIs and targets and recommend corrective actions or process optimizations.
• Manage large data sets from procurement and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI), translating data into insights for management review.
• Analyze bills of materials (BOM), cost structures, and other technical data to support sourcing strategies and supplier decisions.
• Benchmark market, cost, and performance trends to identify opportunities for savings, risk mitigation, and supplier development.
• Support the adoption and advancement of new digital reporting tools and analytics methodologies across the procurement and supply chain management team.
• Provide analytical support to internal stakeholders for supplier selection, onboarding, and supplier performance analysis.
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and presentations for management review and strategic decision-making.

Your profile:

• Possess degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related supply chain functions, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis and technical evaluation, including BOM and cost structure analysis.
• Preferably with exposure to category management, sourcing projects, and procurement process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
