We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong technical focus and hands-on coding expertise to join our innovative team. This role will take a leading role in conceptualizing and developing GenAI solutions that align with technical feasibility and our company’s vision. The ideal candidate will act as a technical lead, providing mentorship to the engineering team while driving the development of scalable, AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to deliver AI solutions.
• Lead the conceptualization and technical development of AI use cases and prototypes, including hands-on coding and solution architecture.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language to align stakeholders and define product roadmaps.
• Develop and implement AI solutions using Python and key libraries such as LangChain, Pandas, Streamlit, CrewAI, and DSPy.
• Stay updated on AI trends to guide strategy and promote AI applications across industries.
• Drive GenAI workshops, including demos and collaborations, to support innovation and use case ideation.
• Ensure efficient product cycles by balancing technical feasibility with business value and leading cross-functional teams.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management with a strong focus on AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python and proficiency in AI/ML libraries, frameworks, and tools.
• Expertise in translating between business requirements and technical teams (engineers and data scientists).
• Experience in developing AI/GenAI solutions, with the ability to conceptualize and build use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, technical projects.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics for a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working within decentralized teams or across industries.
• Track record in managing fast-paced software development projects successfully.
• Knowledge of software engineering and AI systems, particularly GenAI solutions.
• Background in consulting or experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, tech consultancies)
