Your role in our team


As Sales & Marketing Manager, you maintain the consolidated view on our customer interactions and push forward our multi-channeled marketing activities:

  • You monitor and maintain current customer interactions and sales funnels
  • You support in setting up legal templates, e.g., sales contracts and purchase orders
  • In close collaboration with the team, you contribute to the definition of a holistic market & sales framework
  • You act as a Go-To-Person for customer activities within our sales network
  • You define multi-channel marketing activities and strategies, including print media, e.g., flyers, presentations, brochures, as well as online media, e.g., websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing activities
  • You coordinate and control supporting agencies unerringly so that expected results are met in time
  • You maintain a close collaboration with product owners, UX designers, and venture architects to always highlight the most relevant information in our marketing campaigns
  • You participate in our strong marketing network to create the biggest impact for the venture


Your profile


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in economics, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Ideally, experience in sales & marketing preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional experience in B2B marketing or sales
  • Passion for creative marketing materials and sales success
  • Fluent in German and good English language skills required
