We are part of the Group Function Innovation & Technology at Körber, driving innovation through the identification and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy & Project Manager with a passion for innovation, AI, and emerging technologies to join our team. This role will focus on driving the identification, prioritization, and delivery of impactful use cases, while facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, engineers, and business teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organizational skills, eager to champion technology initiatives and translate business needs into actionable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end process of discovering, validating, and scaling impactful use cases and projects for GenAI and emerging technologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, ideation sessions, and innovation sprints to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear project requirements and roadmaps
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, engineers, designers and business teams to align on objectives and priorities.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of initiatives within Körber’s Innovation & Technology group function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in early-stage Product Validation, Product Strategy, Project Management or consulting—ideally within a digital transformation environment.
• Degree in business, business engineering or a related field, providing you with a strong cross-functional understanding of both business and technical aspects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and being “C-level ready.”
• Experience or strong interest in innovation and GenAI and in driving technology-induced transformation within organizations.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; German language skills are a plus.
