As a Working Student in Innovation & Strategy, you will work closely with the Innovation Strategy Manager and support a wide range of strategic, analytical, and coordination activities at group level. You will gain hands-on exposure to technology & innovation strategy, digital governance, and top-management communication.

Your role in our team

• Supporting the preparation ofhigh-quality presentations on strategy, innovation, and technology for senior management, steering committees, and internal events
• Supporting general team coordination, such as meeting logistics, agendas, and note-taking
• Maintaining and structuringcollaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
• Conductingresearch, benchmarking, and trend analyses related to innovation, technology, and industry developments
  
  

Your profile

• Enrolled student inBusiness Administration, Innovation Management, Technology Management, IT, Data, or a comparable field
• Strong interest inInnovation & Technology
• Very good skills inPowerPoint and Excel; ability to structure information clearly and work with data
• Ability to manage specific projects independently 
• Strong communication skills inEnglish (German is an advantage)
• A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to work independently or in a team
