The candidate will be part of the Customer Service Internal Sales Department The role will manage offers and orders of Fabio Perini Machines spare parts from the request to the shipment.

She or he will provide prospective customers with all services offered, create solutions for customers’ needs and support the sales process.



  • Manage customers’ requests by email or by phone
  • Ensure all spare parts codes are correct (ordered through BOMs on SAP)
  • Interface with the Technical Office for any clarifications, requests for changes and replacement of materials
  • Check all prices and discount are updated in the system
  • Interface with the Purchasing Office to request information about prices, delivery times, phased-out materials
  • Create an offer on SAP and send it to the customer
  • Create an order on SAP and send confirmation to the customer
  • Interface with the warehouse for emergency management
  • Interface with Production Department for pre-assembly management
  • Interface with the Shipping Department to organize the order shipment
  • Spare parts and retrofits management
  • Cooperate with the Technical Service for interventions related to spare parts and retrofits
  • Cooperation with the Administration Office for advances requests, bank guarantees, letters of credit and credit recovery
  • Management of sales contracts in collaboration with the Legal Office
  • Update database related to offers and order in terms of prices and delivery dates



  • Degree in Engineering or Technical studies
  • Previous experience of at least 3-5 years as Customer Service Inside Sales Account or Customer Service Technician is essential
  • Technical background in Industrial automation is mandatory
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design
  • Fluent spoken and written both Italian and English are mandatory, a thirdlanguage is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deal the urgencies
