Tasks

•    Execution of IT implementation projects and associated Change Management in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, in cooperation with Corporate IT and Business Areas
•    Development of IT requirements for the entire Purchasing/Supply Chain Organization
•    Support and further development of existing IT systems
•    Introduction of new technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning
•    Organization and management of the Business Area Management Circle between IT and Supply Chain Management
•    Ensuring global Purchasing/Supply Chain IT Governance
•    Merging, processing, presenting and sustaining procurement-related data and information and make them available
•    Get involved into interdisciplinary working groups and project work to inform about, to influence and to optimize internal processes and procedures.
•    Act as a process owner for the entire Business Area in all purchasing related IT systems
•    Identify and create use cases in the area of GenAI

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics or (Business) Engineering with a focus on Purchasing/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Project Management.
•    Several years of practical experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
•    Broad IT expertise and a strong affinity for IT.
•    Ideally, experience with cloud-based purchasing software (Source to Pay) or Supply Chain Management software, basic understanding of SAP.
•    Experience in leading cross-functional project teams, ideally as a Product Owner in agile projects.
•    Excellent communication skills for shaping internal and external networks.
•    High results orientation and very good assertiveness combined with a strong planning and organizational skills.
•    Negotiation-fluent English skills.
•    Willingness to travel on business in a national and international environment
