As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you play a key role in the successful execution of electrical installations on site. In close collaboration with the Site Manager and the responsible electrical designer, you prepare detailed electrical installation and assembly sequences prior to site mobilization. You are responsible for the technical supervision, coordination, and guidance of electrical subcontractors, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed schedules.

The position offers a varied and dynamic working day, often characterized by short deadlines and changing priorities driven by customer needs. You maintain close contact with the customer on site and ensure a high level of professionalism and cooperation throughout the project.

You have full technical responsibility for the electrical installation scope on site and take ownership of the electrical assembly team. When schedules are tight, you are expected to contribute wherever needed to ensure project progress, demonstrating flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a solid electrical background—such as industrial electrician, automation technician, or electrical engineer—with proven experience in electrical site supervision and a strong technical understanding, including an interest in mechanical systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role, with more than 150 travel days per year expected, including occasional weekend and out-of-hours work.

As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating electrical assembly and installation plans, supervising the quality of the work performed on site, and ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently and:

•    Preparing and coordinating electrical assembly and installation plans, and ensuring high-quality execution on site

•    Coordinating schedules and tasks with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

•    Managing HS&E compliance, material deliveries, commissioning support, and reporting project progress

You will work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and activities. In addition, you will follow up on material deliveries, support commissioning activities, and report progress to ensure that projects stay on track.
