Working closely with Project Managers, Electrical and Software Engineers, customers, suppliers, and external partners, you will help turn complex requirements into practical and reliable automation solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Your profile:

You are an experienced mechanical engineer who combines strong technical expertise with natural leadership skills. You enjoy taking ownership, setting direction, and supporting colleagues while remaining hands-on when needed. Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across different stages, from design and procurement through manufacturing and installation. You maintain a forward-looking overview of priorities, dependencies and resource requirements, ensuring a balanced workload and early communication of potential capacity constraints or deadline impacts.

You are comfortable working in a project-driven environment where priorities may change and where collaboration across disciplines and cultures is key to success.

We imagine that you have:

You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical discipline and bring 7-10 years of experience within mechanical design and development of customer-specific machinery or automation solutions. You have a proven track record as a Lead Engineer or technical lead on complex engineering projects and possess strong experience with 3D CAD systems such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar tools.

In addition, you have a solid understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, material selection, and tolerancing, combined with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project collaboration. Knowledge of machine safety, CE marking, risk assessments, and relevant industry standards is expected. Finally, you are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills.
