Another important responsibility will be to measure and analyze the cost of poor quality, including external failure costs, with the aim of identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. You will also ensure the effective use of CxPlanner for tracking project quality, supporting teams with documentation and analytics, and helping them resolve quality issues.
In addition, you will build and lead the quality department by defining roles, responsibilities, and processes. You will promote a strong quality culture through training initiatives and the exploration of digital tools that can enhance overall quality performance. You will also ensure compliance with CE marking, the Machinery Directive, and other applicable standards, while leading external audits and certification renewals.
Key Interfaces
As Quality Manager, you will work closely with internal and external customers, and collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management, as well as with Pre-Assembly and Warehouse teams.
Education, Requirements, and Qualifications
We expect you to hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, combined with solid experience in quality leadership within manufacturing or assembly environments.
