Site Manager

Are you ready to lead the next generation of logistics installations?

At Körber Supply Chain, we are shaping the future of warehousing and automation, and we are looking for a driven Site Manager to take full ownership of project execution on site. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams, and want to be part of high-impact installations, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation execution of projects handed over by the Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery on site. You will lead and manage the entire site organization, ensuring that installation activities are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes overseeing resources, time management, internal and external deliveries, and maintaining strong customer relations.
You will act as the main point of contact for the customer and ensure that any necessary project adjustments are documented and communicated.

You will work closely with the Project Manager throughout the project and ensure that all activities follow the company’s Site Excellence standards and associated documentation. You will manage site teams typically consisting of Electrical and Mechanical Site Supervisors, PLC Software Engineers, and Commissioning Engineers, as well as coordinate with WCS/WMS software teams.

A hands-on approach is essential, as you will maintain full oversight of mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, internal and integrated testing, and ensure PAC is performed according to specification.

This role demands a strong sense of ownership, excellent planning abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Leading and coordinating all site installation activities, ensuring high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

•    Managing and guiding the multidisciplinary site team, including coordination with software and commissioning teams

•    Overseeing planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and progress reporting, while maintaining full control of testing and commissioning processes

About you:

The ideal candidate has a degree in Marine Engineering or another relevant technical education, combined with solid experience in site management and strong communication skills. You have a broad understanding of logistics and automation systems, and you are proactive in solving challenges while maintaining a high level of integrity and leadership.
