Student Assistant - Business Process Management
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Student Assistant to support our Business Continuity Management (BCM) documentation and ISO certification processes. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience by assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our BCM documentation. You will also play a key role in supporting our ongoing efforts to achieve and sustain compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) certifications. Additionally, you will contribute to the coordination and monitoring of various internal project initiatives within our dynamic organization.
As a Student Assistant, we expect you to assist in the documentation and implementation of BCM plans and procedures, ensuring that all processes align with industry best practices. Support the integration of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards into our management systems by working closely with different departments and stakeholders. You would be responsible for conducting data collection and analysis within the organization to support BCM initiatives in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements.

• Help prepare for internal and external audits by gathering relevant information, ensuring documentation accuracy, and assisting in audit-related processes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to BCM and ISO standards, ensuring accessibility and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with various teams to promote adherence to BCM and ISO requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various departments and assist in documentation processes.
We value attention to detail and the ability to work independently, allowing you to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to our projects. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required to support documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
Start date: As soon as possible Workload: 10-15 hours pr. week
