Student Assistant - Program Management Office (PMO)
Would you like to turn your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience with project work, process updates, and internal development initiatives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with great colleagues and the opportunity to make a real impact?
Then you might be our new Student Assistant in the Program Management Office at Körber Supply Chain.
About the role
We are looking for a structured and curious Student Assistant to support our internal projects. The position is a backfill for a former student assistant and involves close collaboration with our PMO team.
Your responsibilities
As a Student Assistant, you will play a central role in the PMO team, working with coordination and documentation related to internal projects, updating templates, processes, and procedures, as well as data collection and quality assurance.
You will also handle various ad hoc tasks and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
We offer an exciting and study-relevant position in an international company, where you will be part of a professional, informal, and helpful team. You will have great opportunities for professional development and flexible working hours, allowing you to balance work and studies effectively.
You will also be an important support in internal project work, including but not limited to:
- ISO certification implementation project
- Updates to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Various internal project tasks as needed
Working hours are 10–15 hours per week. Your onboarding and introduction period will take place at our location in Arden, after which your daily work and primary workplace will be at our new location in Støvring. Naturally, we will adapt your working hours to fit your studies and academic activities, such as exam periods.
Your profile
We imagine that our new Student Assistant will stay with us for the coming years, and therefore:
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree—e.g. within project management, organization, communication, engineering, business, or a similar field
- You plan to continue with a master’s degree
- You have a structured approach to your tasks and can work independently
- You are engaged, responsible, and good at maintaining an overview
- You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders and multiple projects running simultaneously
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are comfortable working with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience is not a requirement—the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.
What we offer
We offer an exciting and learning-focused, study-relevant position in an international company, where you will be part of a professional, informal, and supportive team. You will have great opportunities for professional development and flexible working hours, enabling you to balance work and studies successfully.
