Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated AI Solution Engineer to drive AI-driven solutions within the company. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical foundation who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, and passionate about AI innovation. They should be comfortable developing prototypes, integrating APIs, and maintaining scalable AI applications that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead architecture for AI-driven applications and prototypes to solve business challenges.
• Develop and maintain web applications ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Work with Python and specific key libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, streamlit and Django to implement AI solutions.
• Deploy, maintain, and scale AI applications using Docker and cloud environments like Azure.
• Integrate various APIs to enhance AI functionalities and interactions.
• Develop and optimize data processing algorithms to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain proper feedback mechanisms and structured data storage solutions.
• Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing methodologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance while ensuring robust security measures.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and collaborate within the company to leverage AI expertise and align with company-wide AI strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies specifically focused on scoping applications for early value delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model integration and LLMs for various applications.
• Ability to work independently while seeking collaboration within the company for knowledge sharing.
• Solid understanding of DevOps best practices, including Docker-based deployment and cloud services (Azure).
• Proficiency in API integrations to enhance AI applications.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills to articulate AI solutions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with to balance rapid development with code efficiency.
• Capable of identifying AI opportunities and implementing solutions from scratch.
• Understanding of SDLC or Software Testing processes (for regulated industries) is preferable.
• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies for AI systems is preferable.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent architectures and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong grounding in NLP, LLMs and prompt engineering as applied to agents workflow.
• Hands-on experience in developing solutions using MCP server.
