Your role on our team

  • You will work on the front lines with Pharmaceutical & Biotech customers
  • You will be responsible for building, managing and closing opportunities within a pipeline
  • You will break into and drive large, complex deals through lead to close. Experience navigating large company procurement processes
  • You will drive account strategies and serve as the lead point of contact for sales matters
  • You will build and maintain strong sales pipeline and long-lasting client relationships
  • You will navigate complex procurement processes, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • You will develop trusted advisor relationships with prospects, accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • You will clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • You will develop new business within new & existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • You will forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • You will prepare reports on account status
  • You will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • You will generate customer satisfaction in your accounts to develop references and support marketing initiatives
  • You will collaborate with internal/external resources – Sales Team, Operations Team, Consulting , Partners, Customers
  • You will have expertise, knowledge and demonstration capability of our products

 

Your profile

  • You have a minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge in enterprise sales, preferably to Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology corporations
  • You have experience building relationships with existing customers that expands the service utilization of the organization
  • You are familiar with the GMP / Pharma manufacturing environment and have knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech production processes
  • You have experience closing complex enterprise software deals
  • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • You have experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • You are able to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • You demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have gained a BA/BS degree in science, engineering or business is required
  • You are able to travel, potentially 40-50%
