Payroll Accounts Administrator - part-time 20h/week
Your role in our team
Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a Payroll Accounts Administrator to join our team.
• Preparation and subsequent review of monthly payroll, in conjunction with the company outsourcing provider.
• Administration and reconciliation of company pension scheme.
• Administrative support for income tax registration of Irish employees in Germany and vice versa.
• Coordination with colleagues about travel expenses settlements and provide documents to Finance and Accounts for billing to the customer.
• Administration of Travel applications - A1 applications, Swiss business trips, Work permits, Schengen, RUT registration, Trusted Partner initiative.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of payments of incoming invoices, expenses and payroll.
• Prepare and administer Inter Company Invoicing.
• Support the generation of standard monthly reports and any ad hoc reporting that may be required to support the organization.
• ROS reporting for expenses and General Accounts administration.
• Provide back-up and support to HR Specialist for, confirmation letters and salary certificates etc.
Your profile
• You have several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the field of payroll and accounting.
• You hold at minimum a Certificate in Payroll Techniques (IPASS or equivalent) or Accounting Technician Certificate (ATI or equivalent).
• You have knowledge in the area of income tax and pension.
• You have knowledge in local travel expenses and are familiar with the Trusted Partner initiative.
• You are experienced and confident in MS Office, a knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage.
• You enjoy defining and designing processes in your area of responsibility.
• You are organized and have a structured way of working.
• You enjoy both working independently and as part of a team.
• You have excellent attention to detail and can meet deadlines.
