Your role in our team
Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the management of revenue-generating programs. You will be accountable for the formation, governance and delivery of high-impact programs that align with Körber Pharma Software strategic business objectives. This role will be based in our Dublin office but requires the individual to travel to customer locations.
• You will lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate diverse teams to achieve program and multi-project goals
• You will define program and multi-project management with our customers including scope, timelines, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
• You will oversee the full program and multi-project lifecycle from initiation to closure including scheduling, resourcing, execution, and cross-functional coordination
• You will serve as the principal contact for client-facing communications and technical documentation, managing all project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• You will partner with internal teams and provide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into deliverables while mentoring project team members
• You will monitor project budget and schedule, proactively addressing deviations to maintain financial and operational integrity, and oversee specification and contract compliance
• You will actively support Speedboat operations, contributing to fast-paced, agile initiatives that drive innovation and rapid experimentation
• You will lead risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating project-related risks, and support issue resolution through coordinated escalation paths across departments
• You will conduct regular internal meetings to ensure alignment and progress and perform performance reviews and lessons-learned analyses at key milestones and project closure.
• You will work closely with Sales and Operations to engage in service opportunities, capacity and resource planning.
Your profile
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science is required, a Master of Science Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sector
• Business acumen and understanding of full life cycle value of our customers
• Ability to identify potential risks and solve conflicts
• Confidence in appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisions
• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality, ability to work independently
• Thorough understanding of the software project life cycle
• A project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus
