Your role in our team

You will be responsible for creating value through technology and digitization, strategically advancing marketing, sales and service at Körber – leveraging data and platforms to create insights.
You will be part of the Group Function Strategic Marketing & Sales, reporting to the Head of Group Function, working closely with the Group CSO of the Körber Group.

With your expertise, you will drive and provide support in the following areas:

  • Lead the transformation of marketing & sales towards digital excellence
  • Build-up / advance the CRM strategy of Körber and our Business Areas in order to increase conversion and engagement of our customer base significantly
  • Run program management for CRM and build a deep partnership with our Solution owners and teams for improving our landscape and managing the CRM excellence community
  • Acting as change evangelist to drive the convergence of marketing & sales in a new normal of B2B marketing & sales
  • Creating insights from data that result in strategies across the business to improve conversion and lifetime value with our BAs
  • Build-up and maintain digital, data-driven technology roadmap / radar for strategic use
  • Accelerate Digital technology, data platform, analytics strategies and projects - hands-on with your experience and drive

 

Your profile

You have at least 5+ years of professional experience and have worked in a challenging environment (tech industry, management consultancy, start-up, or relevant experience in industrial companies) with a respective educational background (Business, Engineering, IT and adjacent).

Theses qualifications and traits help you to make the change happen:

  • Visionary and goal-oriented way of thinking and acting with proven track-record in delivering B2B marketing/sales excellence
  • Strong business sense with proven track record in achieving commercial success
  • Deep experience in state-of-the-art CRM technology (marketing automation, Salesforce automation (service management), with Salesforce technology beneficial
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from data and set strategy
  • High target/ result-driven personality with a high level of commitment, personal initiative and hands-on attitude
  • Methodical competence / experience in the areas of co-creation/agile project management (potentially DevOps)
  • People and communicative skills to create buy-in, trust and followership in matrix organization
