Close to executive management, you will actively shape the further development of Global Business Services (GBS) and drive the design of scalable, efficient, and future‑proof end‑to‑end processes across IT, Finance, and HR on a group-wide level.

Your role in our team

• You are responsible for further developing the GBS process landscape, including clear process ownership, high transparency, and a consistent end‑to‑end perspective
• By establishing and continuously enhancing governance structures, standards, and frameworks, you significantly strengthen the group‑wide GBS organization
• You lead international transformation and improvement projects, from the initial idea through to sustainable implementation, including change and stakeholder management
• You also drive digital transformation by advancing process automation, workflow digitalization, and the use of AI‑based solutions
• Using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, you initiate and manage improvement initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains
• You oversee the harmonization and standardization of services, tools, and processes, ensuring their sustainable integration within the GBS structure
• With your commitment, you continuously advance the GBS maturity level, including the preparation for and support of relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
• In your role as a sparring partner, you advise senior leaders on the prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives

Your profile

• A completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your profile
• You also bring several years of experience in leading international projects within complex organizational structures, including change management
• A strong process expertise and hand-on experience in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes (e.g., BPMN 2.0, UML) is essential
• You have solid practical experience with established process and methodology frameworks such as PCF, ITIL, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, ideally complemented by relevant certifications
• Additionally, you demonstrate confident project management skills according to common standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) as well as experience with ISO certifications, preferably supported by formal credentials
• You have proven experience in building and further developing business and shared service organizations
• Strong process knowledge in at least one of the areas IT, HR, or Finance, including their interfaces, is expected
• Your independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style, combined with a high sense of ownership, sets you apart
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, along with a high degree of assertiveness, are among your personal strengths
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills, and ideally you also have very strong German language skills
