Working Student (m/f/d) Group Intellectual Property (IP) Management
We are seeking a motivated Working Student to assist our team in operation and process management of the Group IP Management. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international patent department. You will work closely together with inhouse patent attorneys and support the team in the daily business.
Your role in our team
As a Working Student, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline invention workflows and enhance IP portfolio visibility. Your tasks will include:
- Improvement and operating of Microsoft Power Platform based IT tools
- Support in documenting and organizing data, processes, and tools
- Data Maintenance and Quality Assurance of global IP Portfolio data
- Enhancing IP Business Intelligence by improving and creating data dashboards
- Supporting in invention processes
- Organization of meetings with inventors and external counsels, pre- and post-preparation of meetings
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled as a student in engineering or computer science or a related field and interest in the field of invention handling and patent law
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong interest in and basic understanding of software engineering and process management
- Quick learner in new IT tools
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to work independently or in a team
- Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
