We are seeking a motivated Working Student to assist our team in evaluating, preparing and implementing innovation portfolio management solutions. This role is an opportunity for Master students to gain hands-on experience in project and process management as well as software testing and rollout.

Your role in our team

As a Working Student, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline innovation workflows and enhance portfolio visibility. Your tasks will include:

• Support in documenting and organising data, processes, and tools
• Evaluation and improvement of current workflows and systems
• Plan and facilitate sessions, workshops and interviews 
• Prepare weekly updates on Project progress
• Support in general team coordination, such as meeting logistics, agendas, and note-taking
• Assist in budget tracking
• Support in other projects of Group Innovation & Technology function, e.g., the setup and execution of the Körber Innovation Award

Your profile

• Currently enrolled as a Master student in computer science, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Strong interest in and basic understanding of software engineering and process management
• Very good skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with data engineering and tools
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
