Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and part of Körber Pharma, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a role as Project Manager in our growing team based in France. The candidate will be responsible for managing delivery projects of Werum PAS-X MES solution and other software solutionsto our local and international customers as well as the portfolio of complimentary products in the Körber Pharma business.
Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of integration projects for new and existing customers from the initial requirement analysis phase to the go live of the system. As the market leading MES platform within the Life Science sector, this role offers a significant opportunity to a motivated and enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career with significant development
The position is based in Toulouse or Lyon with trips to France and abroad.
Fluent French mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Management of national and international projects in the regulated industry
- Creation and execution of project plans and revision as appropriate including project staffing, resource management and budgeting
- Interface with clients and relevant staff on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships
- Interface with global project management (located in Germany)
- Management of internal services providers (in international locations) involved in the projects execution
- Budget and profit responsibility in the context of IT project management
- Provision of timely and professional presentations to Project Management Team and the Client
- Establishing, controlling and managing the customer interface
- Developing and advancing the project management processes
- Executing project-related controlling tasks in close contact with the internal controlling team
- Advising the customer in terms of project management and implementation of business requirements in projects in the regulated industry.
Competencies, Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A bachelor of science degree in a pharmacy, biotechnology, science or computer science field is required, a MBA or master of science degree is preferred
- Experience with regulated industries (nuclear, finance …) ideally with pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments (FDA, GMP, non-GMP, system validation and qualification)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional and management experience in a comparable position and in projects with at least 3 full-time employees
- Experience in MES projects is a plus
- Experience in international IT project management is a plus
- IPMA level D/C or a comparable PMI certification is a plus
- Languages : French (fluent mandatory), English (professional), German is a plus
