Your Role in our Team

As Agile Coach and IT Process Lead for IT Applications, you are accountable for all internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain, overseeing a team of approximately 130 employees located in Hamburg, Porto, Pécs, and other locations. You drive optimization, standardization, transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all processes to ensure stable, scalable, and future-ready IT operations. With extensive experience in Kanban methodologies and a strong agile mindset, you enable teams to deliver high-quality IT services and products that support business success and help shape the future.



Process Ownership & Governance

  • You own, design, and continuously improve all internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain.
  • You ensure process alignment across different locations and promote a unified operating model.
  • You establish clear governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking across all process areas.
  • You ensure compliance with ITIL principles and internal policies.
  • You introduce and further develop Kanban Flight Levels, based on Atlassian Jira, as a leading methodology to increase transparency and organizational steerability.


Leadership & Organizational Development

  • You lead, inspire, and develop approximately 120 employees across multiple teams and competency areas.
  • You foster an agile, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
  • You promote empowerment, transparency, and ownership across all teams.
  • You ensure effective workforce planning, talent development, and succession readiness.


Agile & Continuous Improvement

  • You actively promote agile values such as focus, openness, commitment, respect, and courage across the organization.
  • You introduce, establish, and continuously mature agile methods and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives, and planning activities.
  • You drive an environment of continuous improvement, learning, experimentation, and innovation.


Operational Excellence

  • You ensure stable, efficient, and reliable IT processes that support business-critical applications.
  • You manage escalations, risk mitigation activities, process bottlenecks, and cross-location dependencies.
  • You enable seamless collaboration between IT operations, project teams, and business stakeholders.
  • You establish a new demand management process together with different business areas.
  • You develop and maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.


Change & Transformation Leadership

  • You drive change management initiatives supporting new ways of working, process redesigns, and organizational transformation.
  • You communicate complex topics clearly and effectively across all stakeholder levels.
  • You ensure adoption, engagement, and alignment during transformation phases.
  • You act as a role model for assertiveness, solution orientation, and proactive decision-making.

Your Profile

Experience & Skills

  • You bring several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
  • You have a strong understanding of ITIL, agile methodologies, and modern IT delivery models.
  • You have proven leadership experience in international or multi-location environments.
  • You have the ability to guide large teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • You combine assertiveness with empathy and strong communication skills.
  • You are able to act as a moderator, mediator, or coach depending on the situation.
  • You demonstrate high resilience and a strong motivation to shape the future of IT Applications.

Additional Qualifications
