As part of our strategic roadmap, we are consolidating environments and executing a major migration to Atlassian Cloud while strengthening agile ways of working and product management standards across Körber.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Atlassian Consultant to support the global development of our Atlassian ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to the cloud migration journey, ensure stable operations, and actively enhance how the business leverages Atlassian tools for product and project management.

You will act as a trusted partner to the business, promoting best practices in agile methodologies, supporting onboarding and adoption, and continuously improving the productivity and governance of the platform.

This role combines platform expertise, consulting mindset, and a strong interest in innovation, including AI-driven capabilities within the Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Evolution: Support the global rollout and continuous improvement of the Atlassian Cloud environment.
• Cloud Migration Support: Contribute to migration activities, configuration alignment, and user transition initiatives.
• Business Consulting: Guide product teams and project teams on best practices in agile methodologies and structured project management.
• User Enablement: Ensure effective onboarding, training support, and clear documentation for new and existing users.
• System Governance & Maintenance: Maintain configuration standards, user management, integrations, and connectivity across systems.
• Innovation & AI: Explore and promote the use of Atlassian AI and emerging automation capabilities to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  
  

What We Expect from You:

• Experience working with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence and related tools) in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product-oriented ways of working.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to support and challenge business stakeholders constructively.
• Experience in cloud environments and platform governance is an advantage.
• Curiosity around AI-driven enhancements and automation within collaboration platforms.
