We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our Agile Project Management and Collaboration tools, focusing on Atlassian Suites and Azure DevOps, to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our R&D, Engineering Software Teams, and product development areas.

Position Overview:

As the Atlassian Solutions Consultant, you will oversee the future evolution of Körber’s Atlassian platform, ensuring it aligns with our broader strategic goals. You will coordinate projects, manage platform improvements, and support the consolidation of our DataCenter instances while also focusing on cloud adoption. This role offers the opportunity to lead the charge in modernizing our project management and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Evolution: Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for the Atlassian platform, ensuring it supports future business needs.
• Consolidation & Cloud Transition: Oversee the consolidation of current DataCenter instances, preparing for migration to the Atlassian Cloud.
• Project Management & Coordination: Supervise ongoing platform improvements and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance the system.
• Operational Support: Ensure the Atlassian platform runs smoothly, providing oversight and managing any outsourced support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with teams across the business to understand their needs and guide them through platform enhancements

What We Expect from You:

• Experience managing and evolving Atlassian solutions in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with platform consolidation and cloud transitions, preferably within Atlassian tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
