Your role in our team

• You are responsible for delivering high-quality HR reports whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
• You integrate and connect various data sources, ensuring consistent data quality to meet complex reporting requirements
• Automating and standardizing routine reporting is part of your role
• You are responsible for the ongoing optimization of data quality and play an active role in shaping the further development of our data governance
• As part of your role, you analyze results and derive recommendations for action for HR management
• You work closely with global and local stakeholders, e.g. Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance and Legal
• You continuously improve and optimize our processes in line with defined standards and guidelines
• In addition, you are involved in HR projects

Your profile

• You hold a degree in economics or a comparable qualification, as well as extensive experience in HR controlling or related roles
• You have excellent knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; knowledge of other modules and SAP HCM would be an advantage
• You have already gained several years’ experience in creating reports in SAP SuccessFactors
• You are known for your comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong grasp of numbers, particularly at the interface between operational HR work and data-driven models
• The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and in a manner appropriate to the target audience is one of your strengths
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are highly motivated to learn and keen to familiarise yourself quickly with new topics
• Excellent Excel skills round off your profile
