Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Subdomain Lead for Shared Service Applications to join our Körber OneIT Corporate Department. This strategic IT leadership position requires a dynamic professional with extensive experience in managing IT applications in a global, multinational context. The ideal candidate will be accountable for overseeing Finance, HR, and Procurement application areas, driving digital transformation, and designing a streamlined IT landscape that enhances our shared services functions. This role includes significant responsibilities for application operations, personnel and budget management, and proactive consulting, with business travel requirements up to 30-50%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Drive the subdomain "IT applications – shared service applications," designing strategy in collaboration with business departments for Finance, HR, Reporting, and Procurement applications. Lead the IT landscape design to enhance shared service functions across Körber.
• Application Operations: Oversee the operations of related software solutions, ensuring the robustness of architectures and roadmaps.
• Global Accountability: Manage Finance, HR, and Procurement application areas in a global, multinational context, ensuring consistency and alignment across different regions.
• Personnel and Budget Management: Manage the subdomain’s team and budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Proactive Consulting: Act as a consultant to business departments, particularly in the S/4 HANA journey, delivering flexible solutions to meet business needs.
• Project Collaboration: Serve as a sparring partner to project leaders in major and strategic IT application projects, providing insights and support.

What We Expect from You:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading departments or large teams within the IT application sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of processes in the manufacturing industry, including Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Human Capital Management, and Procurement.
• Consulting Mentality: Ability to deliver flexible solutions tailored to business needs, with a strong consulting mindset.
• Transformation Expertise: Experienced in transforming application landscapes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Service Delivery: Knowledge in providing professional IT services for shared service organizations.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP, IVALUA, Reporting, and HCM software, along with related business processes.
• Vendor Management: Skilled in managing and steering external service providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Global Perspective: Experience working in a global, multinational environment, understanding diverse business requirements and cultural contexts.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-50% for business purposes.
