IT Product Mgr - Process Mgt & Test Mgt

Purpose of the Role

The IT Product Mgr is responsible for managing and enhancing the platforms that support enterprise process management and test management. This includes SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM Test Management, automated and AI‑supported testing solutions, WalkMe and potentially LeanIX.

Profile

  • Own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and related components.
  • Drive process documentation standards, governance, and adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders regarding process management and test management topics.
  • Manage SAP CALM Test Management and modern testing frameworks, including AI‑driven test automation, to support efficient and high‑quality application delivery.
  • Own and support WalkMe as the platform for digital guidance, in‑app support, and user onboarding.
  • Translate business needs into product roadmaps, functional requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Provide consulting to project, business, and product teams on process design, test strategies, and optimal use of process‑ and test‑management tooling.
  • Ensure stable, secure, and scalable operation of all assigned platforms.
  • Support integration of Signavio, CALM, and testing tools with SAP and nonSAP systems.
  • Plan and manage product‑related costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating cost impacts of roadmap and scaling decisions.
  • Promote tool usage through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and architectural standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Insights) and/or SAP CALM Test Management.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools, AI‑supported testing approaches, and modern testing methodologies.
  • Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.

  • Fluent English, German welcome 
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
