Commercial operations support (part time)

Overall description

Körber’s Shared Service Center is commercially managing the worldwide OneIT organizations and other centrally managed functions of Körber – this includes all financial processes including the invoicing of shared services to 50+ worldwide companies of the group.

 

Your role:

You are supporting the commercial team of Körber’s Shared Service Center:

  • Invoicing:
    • Generate and issue monthly invoices to internal customers in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete, and in compliance with contractual terms.
    • Resolve any billing issues or disputes in coordination with commercial team.
  • Communication:
    • Support commercial team with communication via a shared mailbox and especially during absence of our executive support coordinator.
    • Execute tasks according to the deadlines and KPIs defined by the organization and process management.
  • Ensure close and fluent communication with the internal customers receiving services in order to support with ad hoc tasks and solve issues promptly and effectively yourself or by delegating to the respective person.
  • Maintain good cooperation with other finance areas of the Group that support the Shared Service Center e.g. for Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling

 

 

Your profile

  • Student or recently completed accounting studies or business administration, alternatively experience in commercial or accounting departments of companies with international scope
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and SAP system is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Professional handling of the MS Office package
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous way of working
  • Structured process and goal orientation as well as a high level of responsibility for work results
  • Available approx. 40-80 hours per month as planned and fixed monthly in advance
