Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate IT/SAP projects across the Körber group, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality
• Consult and support internal customers with a strong focus on project governance and solution delivery
• Analyze business processes and design integrated, end‑to‑end solution architectures
• Drive and oversee customizing, configurations, and continuous system optimization
• Facilitate workshops, requirements engineering, and cross‑functional solution design sessions
• Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure high system reliability and user satisfaction through proactive support and structured issue management
• Enable innovation through SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, Salesforce and modern integration technologies
• Optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes incl. pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration
• Contribute to SAP platform standardization and scalable global template development

Profile

• Professional experience in SAP consulting or IT project delivery (in-house or external)
• Solid expertise in S/4HANA and at least one SAP module (SD / CS / TM)
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to take architectural responsibility and lead functional workstreams or sub‑projects in global environments
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end processes spanning SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with SAP customizing, configuration, and integration of complex processes
• Experience guiding international, cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for decision‑makers
• Effectively manages and resolves conflicts to support productive business outcomes
• Bonus: Salesforce Service cloud, Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or EDI integrations
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
