Purpose of the Role

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant Finance (CO/FI), you’ll play a key role in designing, optimizing, and driving modern finance processes especially in SAP - working closely with business teams and IT colleagues across the company.

Profile

• Act as a trusted partner for our business units, advising them on end-to-end finance processes and their implementation in SAP CO and FI
• Take ownership of exciting, cross-company projects—either as project lead or key contributor
• Customize SAP solutions and run functional and integration tests to ensure high-quality implementations
• Translate business requirements into clear functional concepts and coordinate external service providers
• Design and deliver user trainings, and support our SAP finance landscape in day-to-day operations
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of our SAP environment

Experience & Skills

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering—or a comparable qualification
• Several (5+) years of professional experience with a strong understanding of finance processes, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• A passion for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes
• Hands-on experience with project management methods and collaborative work in complex environments
• Knowledge of SAP Finance, Controlling and PS (R/3 and S/4)
• Ideally, experience with modern BI tools
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• A team-oriented mindset, high service orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders

Additional Qualifications

• Fluent English, German welcome
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
