About Us:

Körber OneIT supports the Group with integrated and future-oriented IT solutions. In 2025, we introduced Salesforce Net Zero Cloud as a strategic platform to strengthen Körber’s sustainability and ESG reporting capabilities.

To further develop this area, we are looking for a Salesforce consultant with both technical depth and advisory mindset, who is motivated to shape how technology supports sustainability at scale.

Position Overview:

As Salesforce ESG / Net Zero Cloud Consultant, you will act as the internal expert for Körber’s sustainability platform. You will support the ongoing development of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, guide enhancements, and collaborate closely with sustainability teams and business stakeholders.

This role combines Salesforce development expertise with strategic consulting capabilities. You will help translate ESG requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure that the platform evolves in line with regulatory demands and business ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as internal subject matter expert for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
• Design and implement enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem, including configuration and development where needed.
• Advise business stakeholders on best practices for ESG data management, reporting, and process integration.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability of sustainability-related capabilities.
• Ensure technical governance, data quality, and integration with surrounding systems.
• Monitor regulatory trends and translate them into platform implications.

What We Expect from You:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (ideally including experience with industry clouds or structured data models).
• Ability to combine development know-how with consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in sustainability, ESG frameworks, or regulatory reporting topics.
• Structured and analytical mindset with a focus on long-term platform evolution.
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
