Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d)
Your role in out team
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take ownership of Körber’s marketing analytics reporting landscape, with a strong focus on Power BI and stakeholder-facing dashboards. You will be responsible for managing the Power BI workspace, maintaining and improving reporting standards, and ensuring business users have reliable and actionable insights across marketing, website, and CRM data. Working as part of the data team, you will play a central role in translating data into decisions across the marketing organization. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality reporting, answering ad hoc analytical questions, and driving continuous improvement in analytics for stakeholders. Our tech stack includes Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and a central data lake.
Responsibilities:

Own and manage the Power BI workspace for marketing, ensuring dashboards and reports are accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for key marketing stakeholders across campaign, website, and CRM performance.

Act as a point of contact for analytics topics within marketing, translating business questions into clear analyses and actionable insights.

Analyze marketing, web, and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate closely within the data team to ensure reporting is based on reliable and well-structured data.

Identify gaps in available data and define requirements for new data sources or improvements to existing datasets.

Drive best practices for reporting design, KPI definitions, documentation, and workspace governance within Power BI.

Support ad hoc requests from stakeholders with clear analysis, visualizations, and recommendations.

Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and business-relevant way.
Your Profile

Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, workspace management, and report optimization.

Strong SQL skills and confidence working with structured data in modern cloud-based data environments.

Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including website, campaign, and CRM data.

Ability to translate stakeholder needs into effective dashboards, KPIs, and analytical outputs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a business-facing analytics role.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in a simple way.

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and data lake environments is a plus.
