Our IT module is mature and largely internalized, with strong in-house expertise already established. As we continue to expand into higher levels of ITSM maturity, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), we are strengthening our team with an additional senior profile.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow IT Consultant who combines deep technical capability with consulting mindset and strong team engagement.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the continuous evolution of our ServiceNow IT landscape, supporting ITSM optimization, ITOM expansion, and the structured rollout of SPM capabilities. You will work closely with an experienced internal team and take an active role in shaping future architecture, governance, and automation initiatives.

This is a broad and hands-on position with both development and advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and optimize ITSM processes within ServiceNow, driving higher maturity and automation.
• Support and expand ITOM capabilities, including integrations and operational transparency.
• Contribute to the rollout and structuring of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Design and implement technical enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with internal platform owners and process stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural consistency and scalable configuration across modules.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.
  
  

What We Expect from You:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ideally with exposure to ITOM and/or SPM.
• Solid understanding of IT service processes and enterprise platform architecture.
• Ability to move between technical implementation and stakeholder consulting.
• Proactive, engaged, and collaborative personality.
