Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant who will act as internal expert for our HR module. This role is key in reducing dependency on external partners and building sustainable in-house knowledge.

You will work at the intersection of HR, IT, and platform architecture — ensuring stable operations, guiding further enhancements, and continuously improving the employee experience through structured digital workflows. This is not a pure configuration role. It is a senior consulting position with real ownership, visibility, and impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as internal subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD.
• Take over and consolidate knowledge from external implementation partners.
• Design and implement enhancements within the HR module, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and governance of the HR solution.
• Collaborate closely with HR process owners to continuously optimize digital HR services.
• Support architectural alignment with the broader ServiceNow platform strategy.
  
  

What We Expect from You:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and their translation into digital workflows.
• Experience working in environments with deep integrations and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with consulting and advisory capabilities.
• Confident, structured, and proactive mindset, able to operate at senior stakeholder level.
• Interest in automation and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus.
