For Körber AG at the Porto location, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d).
Your role in our team
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for recruiting at Körber and identifying the right talent for our business areas.
You independently manage the entire hiring process and are responsible for defining the appropriate recruiting and sourcing strategy.
With your engaging personality, you build strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders (especially Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners) and act as a trusted advisor on all Talent Acquisition and recruiting topics.
You are responsible for continuously optimizing existing processes to ensure smooth recruiting operations and an excellent candidate journey.
You advise business units, for example, on optimizing job advertisements and selecting suitable recruiting channels.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or have a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3–4 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in an agency or in-house environment.
- Ideally, you have already managed vacancies across different seniority levels in a dynamic environment.
- You are passionate about Talent Acquisition topics and process optimization in this field.
- You have experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a confident, friendly demeanor.
- You demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and diligence when working with stakeholders.
- You find pragmatic and efficient solutions to emerging challenges and remain calm under pressure.
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English.
