Your role in our team:

• Operate CAD systems: Siemens NX, EPLAN fluid diagram, TeamCenter and SAP proficiently in daily assignments.
• Handle order related design changes / or serial design changes, by creating new parts or re-designing of existing parts or sub-assemblies according to customers’ requirements, or to improve manufacturing process, cost and function.
• Participate in interdisciplinary project teams to identify and prioritize re-design potentials.
• Communicate with the design teams (German & French counter-partners) concerning design changes and processes.
• Adhere strictly to design change & release steps and all corporate design guidelines.
• Support cross-functional departments (production, technical, procurement, etc.) to study and provide design solution to issues related to product assembly, parts delivery, function, quality, safety, design specification, and jig / fixture.
• Perform safety analysis of existing and new designs according to applicable standards.
• Assist coworkers and support department activities as assigned from time to time.

Your profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering with excellent results.
• Profound knowledge of 2D & 3D CAD design software.
• Knowledge on Siemens NX, fluid diagram, TeamCenter, SAP, 3D CAD animation and simulation.
• Good knowledge of raw materials, surface treatment, manufacturing processes and industrial norms & standards.
• Good knowledge and experience in geometrical and dimensioning tolerance.
• Ability to analyze and follow projects from feasibility to industrialization.
• A team player that demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skill in English coupled with high analytical capabilities. Ability to speak in German is added advantage.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership and commitment.
