Documentation Clerk (24 Months)
Key Task:
• Compiling and checking spare part catalogues from technical drawings
• Preparing order documentation according to company processes and procedures
• Checking prepared documentation for consistency and completeness
• Preparing documentation package including printing and filing
• Monitoring documentation material stocks and trigger purchases as required
Additional responsibilities:
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on a forecast gathered
• Communication with the documentation team (German counter-partners) concerning procedures, processes and work packages
Your profiles:
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or possess comparable qualification
• You speak English fluently
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in the area of supply planning or in relevant production processes
• You have a high level of analytical skills and experience in capacity planning and in inventory management
• You are good at master data management with a focus on production planning, coordination, pre-planning and network plan maintenance
• You have strong communication skills and like to think outside the box
• Your systematic, independent and responsible way of working rounds off your profile
