Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Compiling and checking spare part catalogues from technical drawings
• Preparing order documentation according to company processes and procedures
• Checking prepared documentation for consistency and completeness
• Preparing documentation package including printing and filing
• Monitoring documentation material stocks and trigger purchases as required

Additional responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on a forecast gathered from company SAP system
• Communication with the documentation team (German counter-partners) concerning procedures, processes and work package

Your profile:

• Diploma education or higher
• Related working experience in complex industrial equipment environment, preferably with documentation experience
• Good communication skills, especially command in English
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Good in prioritizing works and able to work under pressure
