Documentation Coordinator
Job Purpose:
To support the HSE Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to health, safety, and environmental compliance. This role ensures that all documentation aligns with regulatory standards such as DOSH, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, and is always audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all HSE-related documents, records, and databases.
- Track and schedule regular safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Assist in drafting and revising work instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare documentation and reports required for internal and external audits.
- Ensure proper document control practices are followed, including version control and secure storage.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather data and ensure timely submission of safety reports.
- Support the HSE Manager in organizing safety training sessions and awareness programs.
- Perform other administrative and documentation tasks as assigned by the HSE Manager.
Your profile:
- Diploma in Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory requirements (DOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
