Executive - Service Administrator (Technical Service Department)
Your role in our team:
- Acting as support to the technical service group manager of technical service engineers based in Malaysia and Singapore
- Assisting in improving, planning and implementing work processes and strategies
- Coordinating worldwide service operations and assignment planning with headquarter and other subsidiaries
- Optimizing travel arrangements that focus on company guidelines and internal customer satisfaction
- Ensuring accurate timesheet management resulting in the achievement of group targets and maintaining detail reporting files on technical assignments
- Creating company documents and presentations in preparation of internal and external meetings for managers and engineers
Your profile:
- Degree / Diploma education or higher with excellent results, preferable candidate with administrative background for service department.
- Possess related working experience in structured planning and organization, familiar with MS office and preferable basic knowledge on SAP
- Good communication skills and fluent command in English
- High sense of responsibility, commitment and time management
- Ability in prioritizing work based on importance and urgency
