Your role in our team:

• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing company ground, buildings and equipment to ensure a safe and functional workspace. 
• Supervise facilities staff including subcontractors. 
• Inspection to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates. 
• Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules. 
• Reduce cost of utilities consumption whenever possible. 
• Track equipment inventory and record the maintenance history to provide accurate documentation for internal and external auditors. 
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety(EHS) regulations (where applicable). 
• Develop and implement policies or procedures for health and safety. 
• Create and manage emergency response plans in case of unforeseen incidents, such as fire or paint spillage. 
• Manage insurance policies and service agreements. 
• Keep monetary and non-monetary records pertaining to facilities. 
• Conduct analyses and projections pertaining to facilities, equipment maintenance, and EHS topics.
   

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in facilities maintenance & operation, and in EHS.
• Effective management skill in plant maintenance, maintenance service contracts.
• Effective planning and organizing skills to meet Company’s short & long term strategies on capacity and capability planning.
• Effective manpower & resource planning, management, training & control.
• Effective management skills in waste elimination, cost & productivity improvement programs.
• Knowledge of current EHS Legislation and Practices will be an added advantage.
• Having knowledge of using current MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SAP. 
• Team player with high sense of responsibility and able to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, especially command in English.
