 Your role in our team:

• Leading a team of design engineers and ensure the quality, cost & safety of design according to requirement & standards
• Continuously develop team competencies following to technology & standard trends
• Steer, drive, manage design projects accordingly with the local capacity governance
• Support other department for components specification & obsolescence
• Liaise with internal and external R&D division for technical support
• Conduct research to analyze the feasibility, cost structure, performance & safety of the machine design and recommend improvement if necessary
• Create new and improve existing work flow, processes & standards with related parties

Your profile:

• With minimum academic qualification of Bachelor Degree in in Electrical & Electronics, Automation Engineering or related discipline with excellent results
• Possess skills on electrical and electronics machinery design, electrical design improvement and programming with 5 years leading experience
• Experience with Software Packaging solutions such as InstallShield
• Experience & expert user of E-Cad & E-Plan or similar software solutions
• Experience & proven in project management
• Effective communication skills and very high commitment towards tasks & projects
• Good analytical skills and able to evaluate risks and opportunities in assigned tasks or projects
