Your role in our team:

• You provide technical and commercial sales support in the pre-order phase.
• You promote Secondary machine sales and related installed base solutions.
• You create customized offers for the installed base of secondary machines.
• You create customer specific usage analysis and propose machinery concepts.
• You prepare product presentations and technical sales documentations.
• You manage complex and critical customer projects with customer representatives and co-worker in our global network.
• You clarify technical and commercial queries to support the sales team.
• You build strategy, shape the product vision, long-term goals, and roadmap.
• You understand users, customer needs, pain points, and market trends.
• You translate high-level business goals into clear technical requirements bridging customer’s needs, sales and engineering.
• You work closely with colleagues in our Headquarters in Germany and Sales offices around the world.

Your profile:

• You have completed a Degree, Bachelors or MBA in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with good results.
• You have profound practical experience in a technical position and reflect confidence.
• You possess good project management skills and have led complex projects successfully in the past.
• You are an experienced employee in the technical field, and you are looking for a challenging position in an international environment.
• You have well-developed social competence, and you can quickly adapt to other cultures and people with different nationalities and backgrounds.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• You have solid knowledge of the current MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SAP.
