Project Manager Salesforce Sales

Your role in our team:
- Drive strategic development of the CRM platform within the sales environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners and business units, with full accountability for budget, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Provide overall technical leadership for the CRM platform (Salesforce Sales Cloud), including governance of the key user community and engagement with business stakeholders within Business Area Technologies.
- Own and prioritize system requirements and enhancements, including evaluation of new features and development of Generative AI use cases in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with the group-wide CRM strategy.
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and effectiveness, and design and deliver targeted training and capability-building programs for key users and global sales teams.
- Drive process optimization and simplification, developing structured approaches to reduce administrative complexity and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities, working with relevant departments to design and implement lean, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with global CRM program owners and cross-functional teams across the Körber Group to ensure alignment, consistency, and synergies.
- Provide 2nd-level support for the Salesforce environment, ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and scaling of Generative AI initiatives, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment, with proven expertise in project management and/or leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with a track record of effectively engaging diverse groups across functions and hierarchical levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated intercultural competence and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
- Assertive and solution-oriented approach, with hands-on experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and effective delegation.
- Proven experience in strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced presentation and facilitation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- High level of intercultural awareness, with the ability to work effectively in diverse and global environments.
