Your role in our team:

• Plan and support the full ISO cycle, including reviews, audits, and recertification.
• Monitor and report on Quality KPIs and drive topics related to the maintenance of ISO Certification, including technical, administrative, and compliance matters.
• Maintain and develop the Management System (MS), ensuring document relevance and accessibility.
• Undertake regular and continuous internal audits within the ISO process and follow up on findings.
• Participate in ISO-related Steering Committees to align objectives and ensure process ownership.
• Support complaint management processes, including coordination of root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions.
• Collaborate with the Continuous improvement team to define and maintain operational standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering training on quality systems, standards and continuous improvement practices.

Your profile:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Business Administration with an emphasis in Quality.
• Experience working with ISO standards / quality systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of documentation systems, audits, and process standardization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organization and training skills.
• Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Exposure Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or 5S is a plus.
