Principal Production IT Consultant – Körber Pharma Software Japan

Your role in our team

Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a Principal Production IT Consultant to join our team. As a Principal Production IT Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging prior experience to further develop our services and products. You will train other professionals in the subject matter and contribute directly to the success of delivered solutions. This role is based in our Dublin office but requires the individual to travel to customer locations to deliver PAS-X successfully. In addition, you will manage small independent teams to address project challenges in regulated environments and lead strategic global initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Co-creation, development and standardization of  the PAS-X service portfolio for the global Principal Consulting & Client Advisory services
• Internal and external professional positioning, publicizing and networking on the global Principal Consulting & Client Advisory services
• Independent principal consulting and fulfilling customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain internal such as external project documentation
• Development of strategic client relationships and identification of new business opportunities in the context of Werum PAS-X
• Continuous research and consultation on market conditions in Life Science, emerging technologies, trends and service offerings
• Advising and supporting clients with the definition of Production IT targets and strategies focusing on Pharma 4.0
• Evaluation of client´s digital maturity and managing value-based digital transition with focus on people, process and technology
• Strategic client advisory in the phases of initiation, planning, execution and monitoring/optimization of PAS-X program rollouts
• Organize and execute best practice Production IT workshops at client´s sites showcasing opportunities in quality, (e)compliance, and operational excellence
• Consultation on data integrity and mitigation of compliance risks with PAS-X MES and additional digital toolsets
• Identification and optimization of product throughput times including quality and supply performance with MES and other digital assets
• Collaboration with Sales, Strategic Account Management and project teams in the course of acquisition of projects such as independent acquisition of services

Your profile

Skills and Experience:

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a consulting or advisory role within the Life Science industry
• Outstanding knowledge of the life science industry
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire
• Significant resilience and assertiveness
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in fundamental Production IT solutions such as MES, Historian, SAP, LIMS, visualization tools and solid understanding of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AR-VR, IoT, Digital Apps
• Sound experience in project management; a certification (PMP/IPMA) is a plus
• Travel willingness of minimum 30% (global)
