• プロジェクトに関連するドキュメントの作成と管理
• 社内プロジェクトマネジメントプロセスのサポートと開発
• 顧客へのプロジェクトプランの提示など、必要に応じて営業プロセスをサポート
• 効果的なチームの開発に焦点を当てた、ジュニアチームメンバーの指導と育成

2. 対象となる方

• 経営学と工学またはコンピュータサイエンスの学士号が必要で、修士号が望ましい
• ソフトウェアプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験（3年以上）ライフサイエンス/ファーマ部門が望ましい
• ビジネスセンスと、お客様のライフサイクル全体の価値への理解
• 潜在的なリスクを特定し、問題を解決する能力
• 自信を持って行動し、
  英語と日本語による優れた口頭・書面でのコミュニケーション能力がある。
• 意思決定がビジネスに与える影響を理解した上での高い分析力
• 自発的に行動できる、エネルギッシュで熱意ある性格、独立して仕事ができる
• ソフトウェアプロジェクトのライフサイクルを完全に理解している
• プロジェクトマネジメント資格（PMP、IPMA）があれば歓迎

Project Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems

1. Your role in our team 

• Leading national and international pharmaceutical MES IT-software projects
• Planning and managing project budgets
• Ensure internal and external stakeholder management
• First line of contact for Japanese customer requests and issues
• Delivering products and services with a main focus on Japanese customer satisfaction
• Technical guidance of internal and partner’s project team members and resource management
• Execution of status, steering and team meetings and regular project status reports
• Creating and maintaining relevant project specific documentation
• Support and development of internal project management processes
• Support for the sales process where required, including presenting potential project plans to clients
• Mentoring and developing junior team members with a focus on developing effective teams

2. Your profile

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in a Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science is required, a Master of Science Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sector
• Business acumen and understanding of full life cycle value of our customers
• Ability to identify potential risks and solve conflicts
• Confidence in appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisions
• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality, ability to work independently
• Thorough understanding of the software project life cycle
• A project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus
